I consider this family of deer to be the official sign that spring has come to our part of the world. This one was munching on grass right in front of our deck.
We see the deer almost every other day but it never becomes mundane. We are always in awe and so pleased that they have chosen to share their home with us.
The birds are chirping in the morning and the crickets at night. We are so relieved that spring is finally here! But Daylight savings time is not our friend this year - Jonathan and I are having the hardest time getting adjusted. We get up early in the morning to go to the gym and it's tough to go back to leaving the house in the dark. Hopefully summer will be here before too long!
